When engaged in a dispute with the ATO it is important taxpayers and their advisors consider the evidence required to support the positions adopted. This session looks at the importance of evidence, the types of evidence and how best to present that evidence to the ATO when involved in a taxation dispute. Further, the session looks at the role ADR can play in a taxation dispute.
