The session will provided an update on Australia's international integrity measures with a focus on the Diverted Profits Tax (recently introduced in Parliament). Some have referred to the Diverted Profits Tax as "draconian"?, so the session considered its application and leave attendees with an understanding of the policy intent of the rules and the circumstances which they may (or may not) apply to their clients.
