The 2010 Tasmanian State Convention covered a wide range of topics including Division 7A & unpaid entitlements, divorce & tax issues, succession planning, dying for super, tax consolidations, corporate tax, GST and trusts post Bamford. The range of topics kept the convention interesting and informative.

New to the convention this year was a Key Issues Panel Session in which several presenters provided an insight into where they personally believe the tax legislation in Australia is moving and what they believe will be areas of contention in the near future.
