Not for Profit Tax Issues

Source: QLD

Published Date: 17 Nov 2008

This event was aimed at accountants, lawyers, and financiers involved with clients who are non profit and operate within the Charities, NGO and Philanthropic sectors.

The Rudd Government's taxation review will examine whether the concessions offered to the $80 billion non-profit sector are justified. This event provided an overview of current topical issues relevant to the non profit sector and how you may be affected in the future. It identified the breadth of organisations and activities that can be undertaken and the complexity that currently exists in the availability and applicability of tax concessions.
