Source: Victoria

Published Date: 11 Mar 2004

This seminar examined two important issues as they relate to self managed superannuation funds.

The first session used case studies to examine the opportunities and pitfalls of transferring real property into or acquiring real property through a SMSF.

The second session dealt with the impact of the Financial Services Reform on SMSFs. This subject is particularly topical as Financial Services Reform commences on 11 March 2004.
