Estate planning issues, including the associated asset protection and business succession planning elements, arise on a daily basis in the practices of most accountants, lawyers and financial planners. This seminar took a fresh look at the many complex issues confronting practitioners and examined in detail all the stages of the estate and business succession planning process. Particular emphasis was placed on recent developments, including the proposed changes to bankruptcy laws.
