The Federal Government's legislation for private equity/venture capital tax changes introduced late last year provided an important boost to Australia's attractiveness to venture capital investment.

In particular, the new Venture Capital Limited Partnerships arrangements are likely to become the standard structure for funds involved in management buyouts, expansion capital and venture capital.

This seminar provided a comprehensive overview of the new initiatives from tax and legal perspectives for all advisors and participants in the Venture Capital industry.
