Your Practice

Published Date: 13 Aug 2003

When was the last time you thought about your own practice in the absence of a crisis or other absolute necessity? For most of us, not nearly enough.

Here is a chance to think about and deal with your own practice rather than that of your client. Often we are too busy to spend the appropriate time to manage our own internal affairs. This session assisted in identifying the risks and exploring issues that are extremely important to us - protection of our assets.

Topics included:
- asset protection for partners
- corporate governance
- directors' duties
- risk management.
