In December 2002, an Exposure Draft was released which addresses the taxation consequences of FX transactions.

This seminar focussed on the major issues arising for commercial enterprises as a result of the proposed new rules. It did this by looking at a selected number of common transactions and analysing them with reference to the new rules.

This should produce an excellent basis upon which to subsequently understand the legislation itself and the outcomes that it produces.
