The late Honourable Justice Graham Hill as this list reveals, published many incisive and analytical articles on tax, stamp duties and other revenue raising measures over a forty year period. Many of these publications were published in both practitioner and scholarly journals. Some essays were published in books, and Hill himself was the author or co-author of a number of books, loose-leaf services the latter of which became electronic subscription services. Other publications were written as book launches, after dinner speeches, etc. Many of the latter are now in the possession of the University of Sydney Law School, and one day may become available electronically.
