With this in mind, our organising committee has designed the Women in Tax Congress program with a focus on resilience, mental toughness and empowerment. It will explore how to achieve success in the face of constant change, demands, and circumstances that are pushing us beyond our comfort zones on a daily basis.
Our theme for the Congress, "Surviving and thriving in a brave new world", is an exploration of crucial topics that define modern leadership. We recognise the significance of overcoming imposter syndrome, a common hurdle on the path to success for many, the importance of fostering networks, self-coaching and how to manage your energy to empower yourself and support those around you.
