Professional background
Tom O’Sullivan is a Chartered Tax Advisor and is Special Legal Counsel at O’Sullivan Legal. He provides specialist income tax and estate planning advice to clients. He also advises clients about the tax issues present in family law, property divisions.
Tom has extensive teaching experience, having lectured in both introductory and advanced, university taxation courses, and is both the CTA1 Course Convenor and a member of the CTA2B Assessment Panel at the Tax Institute Higher Education. He has written extensively in leading tax publications for tax professionals.
Tom’s qualifications include postgraduate degrees in tax, law, and education, as well as undergraduate degrees in commerce and law.
