Wayne works for the NSW Office of State Revenue. Wayne has 22 years working in NSW treasury and has worked in all areas of land tax/payroll tax handling external/internal client enquiries. He conducted the first research in OSR on Total Quality Management, Benchmarking and Organisational Change.
