Vaughan is a partner in PwC's corporate tax team. Vaughan has over 20 years' tax advisory experience, with extensive tax structuring and execution experience across the mining and infrastructure sectors. Vaughan specialises in: social and economic infrastructure projects, acting extensively for the public and private sectors; government privatisations; domestic and cross-border M&A; distressed debt and corporate restructures.
