Tom is a Partner of Corporate, Commercial and Construction Law Firm Crawford Legal. Tom has been a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia since 2004 and has experience advising a broad cross-section of large and small corporate businesses and high net worth individuals on commercial issues including in the areas of land tax and stamp duty and particularly in relation to complex land and business acquisitions, disposals, restructures, succession and estate planning, and estate administration.
