Tim holds a degree in law and arts and is an experienced commercial and taxation lawyer working with Brett Davies Lawyers a firm that specialises in taxation. Tim has for a number of years actively pursued an interest in succession law in connection with the transfer of inter-generational wealth and has written extensively and conducted seminars on the subject of business succession and estate planning and the application of the various transitional taxes influencing the transfer of assets and wealth.
