Tim has been with KPMG for about 16 years, having worked in Auckland, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane across a wide variety of sectors and private and public groups. Tim specialises in providing corporate tax advisory services to privately owned companies and listed clients. Tim provides M&A, tax due diligence, tax structuring and funding advice to clients and has significant experience in working with clients in attracting external capital to facilitate growth or the divestment of existing stakeholders.
