Thomas is the Deputy President of AOTCA and a past President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He gained his
experience in taxation working in the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, at Ernst and Young and as a tax practitioner
based in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He now runs a mid-size tax practice with offices and operations in Hong Kong,
Shenzhen (China) and Macau, serving mainly listed groups and successful family businesses. Thomas also serves as executive
director, independent non-executive director and chairman of audit committee on the board of several companies listed on the
Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
