Susan is a Senior Associate at Henry Davis York with over 10 years experience in Australian and international taxation, including six years of experience working in a transaction based role as in-house tax counsel for large multinational corporations in Europe and Asia. Susan has experience in advising on income tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty and GST, with particular focus on corporate mergers and acquisitions, funds management transactions and international taxation.
