Simon was the Registrar-General of South Australia before taking up his current position as the Executive Director of the National Electronic Conveyancing Of?ce. Prior to that he had been a legal practitioner in Melbourne specialising in property law. He is the author of a number of books on property law and has had an extensive involvement nationally in the introduction of electronic land dealings.
