Simon is a Partner at Riordans Lawyers practising in commercial law. Simon provides regular advice on a wide range of corporate matters and has been involved in a large number of acquisitions and divestments. He also has substantial experience in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of major commercial contracts including supply and procurement agreements for clients engaged in engineering and manufacturing.
