Sarah is a Partner with Deloitte. She has over 15 years specialist experience and advises multinational companies and their ´cross-border’ employees on the tax issues that arise for the company and the individual as a consequence of global deployment. Assisting expatriates both entering and leaving Australia, she advises on employee incentive schemes, termination payments, global retirement tax scenarios and tax residence issues. Sarah is frequently asked to assist companies in structuring remuneration packages for tax effectiveness to attract senior foreign executives who are considering a position with an Australian company
