Sarah is a Tax Partner in EY’s Financial Services Office and has a deep specialisation in the Banking and Capital Markets sector. She has over 20 years experience in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients including large privately owned groups and listed public companies with both domestic and international operations. She has deep experience in areas such as tax consolidation, Taxation of Financial Arrangements, tax due diligence, tax effect accounting and mergers and acquisitions. She has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Commerce and is also a Chartered Accountant.
