Russell is one of Perth's leading indirect tax advisers with over 20 years of experience in providing indirect tax advice to WA businesses of all sizes. He was a partner in two international accounting firms prior to joining PKF. Russell managed the GST implementation for a number of large property developers and has since advised many real estate groups and syndicates on GST matters.
