Ross Brookes, holds the position of Assistant Commissioner
Large Business and International within the Australian Taxation
Office with overall responsibility for implementing TOFA. He has
worked in the ATO for over 29 years on financing issues across
legislative, interpretative advice, compliance and litigation areas.
Ross currently chairs the National Taxation Liaison Group TOFA
Working Group and is currently working on the longer term reform
of the business tax system arising from the 2011 Tax Forum.
