Rohit has ten years of experience as an adviser to a variety of multinational corporate, private equity and hedge fund clients with respect to Australian and international tax matters. Rohit has significant experience with M&A transactions, tax due diligence, and cross border structuring of investments. Rohit also spent three years working for PwC New York, with a focus on international tax advice for Private Equity and Hedge Funds investing in a variety of jurisdictions.
Rohit is a Chartered Accountant and graduated with a commerce degree from Monash University.
