Richard Williams

 
Richard is a Barrister at Roma Mitchell Chambers in Brisbane. He specialises in succession law, trusts and family law. He is co-author of Statutory Will Applications: A Practical Guide, published by LexisNexis, and has appeared as Counsel in numerous recent statutory will cases. Richard is Deputy Chair of the Queensland branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Deputy Chair of STEP Australia and a member of the Editorial Board of the Trust Quarterly Review. He is an Adjunct Lecturer for the College of Law’s Masters program in Wills and Estates, and a regular contributor to journals on topics relating to trusts and estates. He studied law at Cambridge University and the Inns of Court School of Law, London. Richard was first called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993.
