Richard is a tax partner at Mallesons Stephen
Jaques and has over 25 years experience in the application of
taxation law to the financial services and funds management
sectors. He is the adviser to a number of major domestic and
foreign financial institutions and been actively involved with Treasury
on the recent legislative changes. He is a member of the Law
Council of Australia and the NSW Law Society Tax Committees.
