Richard is Director of Taxes at the Queensland Office of State Revenue (OSR). He is responsible for payroll tax, duties and land tax collection, including debt and credit management. Richard managed the operational implementation of payroll tax harmonisation measures for Queensland and represents Queensland OSR on the national Payroll Tax Harmonisation Committee and Business Practices Committee. Before joining Queensland OSR in 2006 Richard worked as a commercial lawyer in private practice and in government for 15 years.
