Richard specialises in building tailored solutions for high-net-wealth families, senior executives, professionals and privately owned businesses.
His particular expertise is structuring and re-structuring for asset protection, tax efficiency and succession planning and advising clients acquiring or divesting assets.
Richard has a very diverse client base, and industry expertise in retail and consumer business, property development and investment, manufacturing and professional services.
Richard is a Senior Fellow at the Melbourne University Law faculty where he teaches in the Masters of Law (Taxation) program. He regularly presents on tax matters and has been published and recorded by the Television Education Network.
