Philip is a Partner of the National Employee Relations team at Freehills and assists employers with their day to day human resource, industrial relations and safety issues. He seeks to prevent problems arising through practical, commercial advice. In the event of disputes, Philip has significant experience in managing their resolution, including in various Courts and Industrial Tribunals. Philip has been involved in employee relations planning for construction projects and major workforce and company restructures. He has conducted significant industrial and employment based litigation, has developed and implemented a number of fitness for work programs and conducted numerous workplace investigations.
