Phil is a founding Director of PPM Tax & Legal Pty Ltd, a boutique indirect tax firm with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne. Philip has over 25 years of specialist experience in payroll tax and stamp duties (for all states and territories). With regard to payroll tax, he advises clients on audits, grouping, exclusion orders and employment agent provisions especially with regard to professional arrangements. He acts as instructing solicitor in state tax litigation matters. Formerly from the Queensland Office of State Revenue and some of the Big 4 global firms. Philip also specialises in mergers and acquisitions and operations taxes such as customs duties, fuel tax and long service leave levies for multinational corporate groups, regional businesses and other professional practices.
