Paul leads PwC's Deals business in Adelaide and has over 13 years transaction experience, having worked in the UK, New Zealand and over the past five years in Adelaide. He has led a number of transaction teams in Australasia and offshore (across Asia, India and South America) providing a range of transaction services including financial due diligence, review of forecasts/projections, bank IBRs, capital raising / IPOs, cross border assignments, divestments and carve-out support.
