Nicole Peterson, CTA has worked at PKF Adelaide for fifteen years where she is involved with the various specialities PKF Australia provides. Early on Nicole developed a strong interest and now specialises in the areas of complex family structures and in particular the impacts of Division 7A, small business CGT concessions, structuring and compliance. In addition, Nicole has a keen interest in the Mining Sector and has been involved with the issues facing publicly listed companies including employee share schemes.
