Nicholas Most FTIA is a Principal in Ernst & Young’s Indirect Taxes and Incentives practice with over 12 years experience in tax transaction and advisory work. Nicholas joined Ernst & Young in 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Director specialising in stamp duties. Nicholas joined PricewaterhouseCoopers UK in 1996 and spent 4 years advising on UK income and corporation tax before joining the Australian practice in 2000 and specialising in stamp duties. Nicholas regularly advises on Australia-wide stamp duty aspects of mergers and takeovers, corporate reconstructions, company floats, business acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments and infrastructure transactions.
