Neil Young

 
Neil has an extensive practice in commercial law, corporations law, trade practices, appeal cases and taxation. He practises in the High Court, the Victorian Supreme Court, the Federal Court and various other jurisdictions including New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. Mr Young was Chairman of the Victorian Bar in 1997 and 1998 and President of the Australian Bar Association in 1999. In 2005, Mr Young was appointed as a judge of the Federal Court of Australia, resigning in January 2007 to return to private practice.
