Natalie is a partner in PwC's corporate and commercial legal team in Australia. She specialises in: domestic and cross-border M&A, including foreign investment into Australia (particularly in the real estate and infrastructure sectors); private and public funds formation and capital raisings, both in Australia and overseas; real estate and infrastructure asset management; joint ventures; and directors’ duties, corporate governance and ASX compliance. Natalie has particular experience in providing corporate M&A and M&A/project-related real estate and infrastructure advice to fund managers and investors on Australian and Asian regional fund establishment and cross-border investment for offshore clients. She has advised on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation on some of the largest and most complex real estate and infrastructure projects.
