Michael Woolrich is a Director at PwC with 30 years’ experience in banking and debt advisory, both in Australia and in the US. He spent the first 25 years of his working life at the National Australia Bank managing a collection of mainly ASX top 100 clients. This journey involved managing the gamut of funding opportunities and challenges from major acquisition finance through to credit restructuring of some of the company’s largest corporates. Since joining PwC five years ago, Michael has been involved in helping the firm’s clients, mainly large private entities and ASX-listed companies, navigate the debt markets.
