Max is a member of the international tax practice group of Loyens & Loeff, a European law firm practising the laws of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux). He specialises in cross-border transactions and group restructuring with a particular focus on the Benelux and Japan. Max has worked in the Tokyo office of Loyens & Loeff during the period 2004 - 2007.
