Martin is Director at commercial law firm Laity Morrow acting for banks, sponsors, borrowers and government on project finance and corporate finance transactions and high profile energy and infrastructure projects. Martin has assisted many companies, across various industry sectors, to prepare for and manage risks associated with the PPSA. Martin sits on the Financial Services Committee of the Law Council of Australia and is an adjunct lecturer at Flinders University law school.
