Mark is the Deputy Commissioner responsible for international taxation in the ATO. He leads the development of ATO strategy in response to the base erosion and profit shifting, offshore tax evasion and foreign investment risks. He represents Australia at various OECD forums, particularly the Taskforce of the Digital Economy.
