Marco is a partner with KPMG within the tax division. He has approximately 20 years experience in the tax arena and has held significant roles in the Australian Taxation Office, Industry and the profession. Marco has a strong transaction and project focus and has key client responsibilities for a number of significant private groups and listed entities. Marco has had extensive involvement in mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions and group restructuring. In addition to tax and structuring advice Marco also provides strategic business advice to a number of key clients.
