Liam Cooke is a Principal Auditor and Advisor in the OSR and is responsible for conducting investigations into complex commercial arrangements. Liam brings to this role 18 years experience in revenue management and has held several positions in the OSR, including Manager Technical Advice where he was responsible for the revenue rulings and practice directions program. An experienced presenter, Liam has delivered a number of seminars on a range of topics, most recently in resect of the launch of the Duties Act 2001 and Taxation Administration Act 2001.
