Lauren is a tax consulting manager who has been a member of Horwath WA’s Corporate Tax Advisory team for more than five years. Lauren regularly advises on taxation law relating to consolidations, restructuring, inbound and outbound international issues, foreign exchange, thin capitalisation, employment taxes and the debt and equity provisions.
