Kristina is an International Director with EY’s International Tax Services practice. She has 17 years of experience dealing with US tax considerations for a range of clients from large multinational public companies to small private companies in all industry sectors. Kristina has assisted clients with structuring operations in the US, due diligence procedures, acquisition structuring and financing, cross-border asset migrations, repatriation strategies, foreign tax credit planning, Subpart F planning, merger integrations, supply chain planning, and various other tax issues. Kristina has experience in advising clients with regards to US federal income tax, international tax, tax compliance, and tax accounting. She is currently serving as the US Tax Desk in Sydney and, in that role, is serving Australian based clients with investments into or from the US, doing business in the US or entering the US market.
