Kate is a senior associate in the commercial team at Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers. She has a wealth of experience in estate planning in relation to various matters including the use of generational and direct descendent trusts; trust planning strategies (for duty exemptions); strategies to transfer control of trustee and trading companies independently of client wills; and strategies to deal with superannuation assets on death. Kate works with clients and their advisers and is a committee member of STEP.
