Kate Boyd has more than 22 years of experience in Financial Services and is currently the Head of Tax, Ledger Control & Enablement at Suncorp. She has advised on several significant acquisitions and divestments. As the Head of Tax at a top 20 ASX listed company, Kate has dealt with several ATO annual compliance arrangements, Justified Trust reviews for income tax & GST, capital raisings, and has lead the preparation and publication of multiple tax transparency reports. Prior to joining Suncorp, Kate held a tax advisory role at Challenger, AMP and is an EY alumni.
