Justice Sackville, has been a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia since 1994. From 1985 until his appointment to the Federal Court, Justice Sackville practised at the New South Wales Bar, principally in the fields of administrative law, constitutional law and equity. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1991.
