John is the Partner in charge of Deloitte’s GST Practice in Australia. He has 17 years experience advising on global VAT/GST planning and compliance with a particular focus over the years in the financial services sector where he has advised some of the largest financial services companies in the world. Most of Jon’s career has been based in the UK where he held a variety of roles including VAT Inspector with HM Revenue and Customs and in-house VAT Manager with Hambros Bank in London.
