Jamie Levy is a Director in KPMG Law’s Sydney
office. Jamie has worked with leading Australian
and New York law firms, acting as a corporate
and private equity funds lawyer. Before joining
KPMG Law, Jamie was a General Counsel with
a Sovereign Investment Fund where he acted as
lead corporate and funds counsel lawyer with
respect to the establishment of Private Equity
Funds, significant global investment into private
equity funds and many large, multi-jurisdictional
and complex transactions, including joint ventures,acquisitions, disposals, mergers, industrial
collaborations (civil and military) and consortium
investment arrangements
